“Willkommen in Deutschland” – “Welcome in Germany”

International business relationships often require the placement of foreign staff in Germany.

This workshop aims to provide such employees and their families with a quick and easy entry into the German language and daily life in this country.

Important situations encountered day-to-day, such as visits to public offices, and going to the doctor, attending to various shopping requirements, small talk with neighbours, restaurant visits and more are simulated.

Becoming familiar with daily life is an easy way to settle into a new country and at Keiko Seminare we not only attend to the language needs of staff and their families, we also provide insights into the German culture.

I know exactly where language barriers can develop following an overseas stay and what information is required to facilitate an easy transition into life in another country through my own experiences living and working in France, the USA and Japan.
